3. We offer rental freezers!
   If our customer has no room to move their product during a freezer failure Solidcold can offer a rental freezer while we make repairs.
   
   
4. Service call guarantee! (San Diego Co.)
   When you call Solidcold to your facility you will be charged our troubleshooting fee of $150. For this fee we will diagnose the problem and give you an accurate cost of repair. Generally this takes us less than one hour once we’re on sight. Our regular hourly rate after that is $85 per hour.
    
5. Use of non-CFC refrigerants!
   We use non-ozone depleting refrigerant on all major repairs.
    
6. No charge for technical consultation or equipment that is un-repairable!
   Please feel free to call us at any time for answers to your questions. We will also make consultation visits to your facility free of charge.
    
7. 24 hour emergency service, 7 days a week!
   We are always available to take care of your equipment.

   We carry Contractors insurance and liability insurance.
