Solidcold Corporation offers a variety of high quality, cost effective preventive maintenance programs to meet your desired level of coverage. Customers who take advantage of our service will experience less equipment failures than customers without a preventive maintenance program! Customers that choose our Preventative Maintenance programs will receive discounted labor.

Solidcold Corporation offers three types of Preventive Maintenance programs:

  Basic Preventive Maintenance:

• Quarterly, semi-annual or annual cycle maintenance to include manufacturer maintenance specifications.
• Detailed PM check list for each piece of equipment being serviced.
• The PM check lists are given to the customer when the PM is completed.
• We will provide a recommended “fix-it” check list to the customer with an estimated  repair cost for each item.
• The customer can choose which items to have repaired at their convenience.
• Rental freezers are offered at a 25% discounted rate for units requiring shut down

Basic PM benefits:

• Low maintenance costs
• Covers the majority of reasons equipment fail

* Average cost of the service is $55 per unit per cycle

  Premium Preventive Maintenance:

• This maintenance program includes everything in the basic maintenance
• Rental freezers are offered at a 50% discount from normal rates
• Solidcold Corporation will cover labor and parts up to three hundred dollars per unit.

Premium PM benefits:

• Reasonable maintenance costs
• The majority of "fix it" items found in the PM are covered in the cost (i.e. air filters, batteries, gaskets and hardware)

* Average cost of the maintenance is $140 per unit per cycle.

  ULTRA Preventive Maintenance:

• This maintenance program included everything in the premium maintenance program
• Unlimited parts and labor on maintenance inspection & equipment failures
• Provide rental freezers free of charge when available.
• This service will require equipment pre-inspection prior to contract.

Ultra PM benefits:

• Customer no longer needs to budget for yearly repairs
• No extra cost billed to customer (after PM costs)

* Average cost of this maintenance is $600 per unit per year and includes two
   preventive maintenance actions.
   Example: Unit under 5 years old = $400, Units under 8 years old = $600,
   units over 8 years old = $800)
